Trail and ultra races on paths that have never been raced — in the heart of the UK.
Founded in 2025, Beacon Race Events was created to uncover and share trails that have never before been raced in the heart of the UK. Our team has raced thousands of miles across Europe, experiencing the very best (and sometimes the worst) of event organisation. Along the way, we've learned what truly makes a race unforgettable: a course that excites, an organisation you can rely on, and a community that feels part of the journey.
We combine that knowledge with a passion for adventure to bring you races that are as seamless as they are inspiring — whether you're chasing new limits, exploring untrodden paths, or simply soaking up the atmosphere.

We don't do manicured courses. Old mining country, rough farmland, steep climbs and paths that have never been raced. If the route doesn't test you, it doesn't make the calendar.
The land comes first. Carry your rubbish, shut the gates, respect everyone on the trail. The trail was here before us and it stays after.
Course records or chasing cutoffs, everyone toes the same line and earns the same finish. No participation fluff. You cover the distance, you carve your name into the trail's history.

Join us on trails that have never been raced — and carve your name into their history.
